EDF Energy selects Tractivity for closer collaboration
EDF Energy has started employing Tractivity – RE:SYSTEMS’ online CRM software to coordinate its public consultation and stakeholder management processes for the Hinkley Point and Sizewell nuclear power projects.
Used by EDF Energy Hinkley Point for engaging all the relevant parties, from local people and councils to media and politicians, the web-based Tractivity Public Consultation Toolkit encourages open dialogue between the main stakeholders.
For the proposed Sizewell nuclear power plant, the focus has been on implementing an effective system for recording engagement with key audiences, throughout the whole consultation process.
Kate Stinton, Communications Manager for EDF Energy said:
“Tractivity was chosen due to its excellent usability and functionality. The ability to integrate additional bespoke features, such as Land Parcels for grouping and analysing land areas and individual stakeholders was also an important factor in our decision to employ this system.”
