Yarm web agency complete major care group contract
Web and app development firm dotUK has completed a major contract to transform the technology infrastructure of one of the region’s fastest growing home care groups.
The Yarm-based business has helped Heritage Healthcare increase the efficiency of its systems amid rapid growth at the business across the North East.
The technology firm has created a web-based ‘dashboard’ which enables Heritage to better manage its care bookings, calls and a number of other metrics which allow it to monitor its performance.
The system is automated to alert the group in real time if targets are in danger of being missed and is also future-proofed to continue to meet the firm’s needs as it expands.
The work carried out by dotUK builds on its contract with Heritage earlier this year that saw it install a new management system for clients and employees.
Andy Flisher, founder of dotUK, said: “Heritage Healthcare is growing rapidly and now has multiple offices so we’ve been able to implement a system which will make it much easier to manage the entire group and monitor and respond to changes in performance levels.”
Amanda Jackson, director of Heritage Healthcare, said: “We are extremely pleased with the service provided by dotUK. The dashboard they have created for us is tailored to meet our business needs. It will give us key statistical data which will be used to continually monitor and improve our service.
“We’re looking forward to working with dotUK on future projects and would highly recommend their services.”
dotUK currently employs 18 people and offers web, mobile, app and software development services from its HQ on Yarm High Street.
It was founded in 1999 and its core areas of expertise include multi-platform web and app development and Apple, Linux and Windows software development.
