David Wilson Homes open Tannery development in Strensall
Housebuilder David Wilson Homes has opened The Tannery housing development in Strensall, near York.
The launch is reported to have attracted 250 house hunters, who looked at the 53 four and five-bedroom family homes.
Clare Reaney, sales manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented “The development has a variety of characterful high-quality homes and the development has been really well received.
“We anticipate further interest in the new homes and urge people that are interested to come and take a look round. The local area is fabulous and not before long the development will have a great community feel of its own to complement the close-knit feel of the village.”
