Cheshire PR firm supporting B&Q to shape brand reputation and engagement
PR firm Good Relations Regional, which has its North West office in Macclesfield, has been appointed by B&Q, the nation’s leading home improvement retailer, to work with its management team to shape its brand reputation and increase customer engagement.
Working alongside their colleagues at Good Relations Brand Communications, who will manage the London-centric activity, Good Relations Regional will be responsible for managing the brand reputation and communications activities across all earned media channels outside London.
