Pytec look to Expand with Raw Talent Academy

Pytec IT Recruitment have partnered with Raw Talent Academy as they look to expand their team for the New Year. The Northampton based organisation has ambitious growth plans for 2014 that includes setting up an Academy within the company for a number of driven and motivated trainee recruitment consultants.

Since being founded by brothers Henrik & Thomas Steenholdt in 2000, Pytec has established themselves as leading suppliers of permanent and contract IT staff throughout the UK. By working with Raw Talent Academy they are looking to invest in hard working individuals who are looking for a rewarding career with an industry leader.

Raw Talent Academy specialise in recruiting trainee level sales talent through their innovative process that sees candidates invited to an Audition Day. Here they will undertake a variety of real life business tasks while being assessed by not just Raw Talent Academy, but also by Pytec’s Senior Management team. The Audition Day taking place at the inspiring Northants County Cricket Ground on the 24th January 2014 will see the top 20 candidates invited to grasp this brilliant opportunity with both hands.

Henrik Steenholdt spoke about the Academy saying; “For money motivated individuals with a hard work ethic this is an unprecedented opportunity in this area. We offer a structured, intensive and on-going training programme for all new recruits, providing them with the breadth of knowledge to provide a complete recruitment service to clients, whilst leaving room for them to show initiative, lateral thinking and sales skills.”

Pytec Co-Founder Thomas Steenholdt then added; “Trainees will start on a competitive basic salary and a very attractive uncapped commission scheme from day one, on top of that we also offer a range of other personal and team incentives to reward top performers.

“There is the potential for the right people to start a lucrative sales career, whilst having a good deal of fun in an enjoyable but tough environment that demands hard work and dedication. This is our first academy and we’re hoping that taking this different approach to recruiting people for Pytec will uncover some hidden gems”

Raw Talent Academy Director Lee McQueen spoke about the partnership saying; “We are looking forward to working with Pytec, they are a forward thinking organisation who are looking to invest in ‘Raw Talent’. Unemployment is still high and there are hundreds of thousands of talented people in the UK just looking for someone to give them a chance.

“The Academy will give a number of job seekers the opportunity to showcase their ability through our unique process, that judges candidates based on their ability and not on their CV or past experience.”
