Stack Group win holiday parks contract
Liverpool-based technology and IT firm the Stack Group has secured a contract to provide IT networks for holiday parks in Cheddar, Isle of White, Mullion Cover and Newquay.
The contract, for Darwin Property Investment Management Limited, covers more than 400 lodges and Stack Group will install an IP infrastructure for each park.
Jeff Orr, chief executive of the Stack Group said: “The systems we are installing will not just supply super fast wireless to guests it will also act as a technology backbone for the holiday parks, giving them the flexibility to add in new systems and technologies easily over the next few years.
“It’s an IP solution capable of delivering the guests technology requirements into the foreseeable future.”
“We are expecting considerable demand and growth in the leisure sector for new broadband and IP infrastructure systems in the next few years and our work with Darwin could be the start of a raft of leisure contracts.
“The successful system we are developing here could act as a blueprint for further projects and I’m looking forward to growing the leisure side of the business.”
