Young entrepreneur strides out with personal training business
A young Newcastle man has launched a personal training business with an “intelligent training” concept.
Andrew Kirby overcame a serious debilitating injury to start his Strength Intellect outfit, operating from the city.
His focus is on the brain as the most important key to fitness and his technique emphasises goals with a pathway to achieving them.
Andrew said: “Reaching long term fitness is achieved by making it part of your lifestyle, it’s not about how long you work out for.
“Its about identifying your goals, overcoming any obstacles and creating the right path to achieving it. I work with individuals to create plans that maximise their gains both in and outside the gym.
“Having overcome my own challenges I am dedicated to working with people from all walks of life to overcome theirs. Strength Intellect aims to help people change their mindset to achieve substantial and lasting results.”
