Continued growth prompts move for Kirk And Clarke Properties
One of Derbyshire’s leading property specialists, Kirk and Clarke Properties, is moving to Ilkeston after an expansion programme aimed at improving and extending its existing service to clients.
The independent agency has moved to Ilkeston from Diseworth in a bid to make use of the areas thriving property market.
Director Daniel Clarke said: “We have moved to Ilkeston to target a more active lettings and sales market. Our team were raised in Ilkeston and Derby, so we have a great knowledge of the demographic area. The property market is becoming more stable and we have seen progressive growth in recent months, which has been a major factor in our latest move.”
The move marks another important step in the company’s growth and gives them a strong platform for further enhancing the high level of customer service and satisfaction that it strives to achieve.
Specialising in the middle-to-upper end of the market , offering homes with monthly rents between £400 and £4,000, and a variety of homes for sale, Kirk and Clarke, is now one of Derbyshire’s leading agencies.
Daniel added: “Landlords and property investors can now take advantage of access to a greater pool of prospective tenants, while tenants benefit from having a greater choice of properties to match their needs.”
