Midlands business receives national recognition
A leading Midlands motor business has made it into the top five car retailer groups in the Volkswagen network.
Trust Group UK, with Volkswagen dealerships in Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and Redditch, was recognised by Volkswagen UK for its high levels of customer satisfaction, finishing fifth out of 34 motor groups nationwide.
The rankings are based on Volkswagen’s ‘one business scorecard’, which monitors and measures each dealership’s performance across sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Andrew Hockedy, managing director of the Trust group, said: “I’m delighted that the business has achieved such a high position in the country.
“In the current economic climate, it’s vital for businesses to ensure consumers receive the very best customer service and this official recognition is testament to the efforts of our staff throughout the group.
“This ranking highlights just how hard our colleagues have worked to develop the business and establish a sustainable platform on which future success can be built. We’ve had a very successful year and are delighted to be starting 2014 on such a high note.”
As part of Volkswagen’s ‘one business’ awards, the manufacturer recognises the success of its top 50 retailers in 2013. Wolverhampton, Stourbridge and Redditch Volkswagen offer new and approved used car sales as well as a comprehensive aftercare service. To find out more visit www.volkswagen.co.uk
