Time to hurry as new homes selling quickly
Buyers are urged to hurry if they want to live on a stunning housing development near Salisbury as there are only 10 properties left for sale.
Leading regional builder Charles Church Wessex has been thrilled by the popularity of Royal Gardens @ Sarum Meadows as people rush to snap up their beautiful three, four and five-bedroom homes.
As well as boasting great design features, the properties on the NHBC award-winning site offer spacious living suitable for growing families, couples or downsizers.
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director at Charles Church Wessex, said: “We believe Royal Gardens is popular because it offers the best of both worlds, situated just three miles north of Salisbury with its excellent range of shopping, educational and leisure facilities whilst also having a semi-rural location with fabulous views across open countryside.
“We would urge people to act quickly if they want to live here with several schemes available to make buying a home really simple.”
Buyers using one of the schemes, Part Exchange, could find themselves moving into their dream home in just a matter of weeks.
Pauline added: “If you are eligible, we arrange at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property. We aim to take the stress out of moving.
“The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is also proving popular as only a 5% deposit is needed along with a 75% mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
“Other schemes include Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, where we market the home for you and pay your estate agent fees.”
