NewVoiceMedia named as finalist at UK Cloud Awards

NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, is a finalist at the 2014 UK Cloud Awards. The company has been shortlisted in the ‘Most Innovative Enterprise Cloud Solution’ category, which recognises technology that enables scale change in the nation’s largest businesses.

Launched by Cloud Pro, in association with The Cloud Industry Forum (CIF) and techUK, the awards are designed to reflect the growing importance of cloud within the UK’s technology community. NewVoiceMedia was selected for its true cloud contact centre solution ContactWorld for Service, which is instantly deployable and provides unique and patented routing capabilities, enabling businesses to deliver a personalised and unique customer experience, quickly and securely.
