Cheshire surveyors receive international accreditation
A North West-based chartered suveyors has been awarded an ISO 9001:2008 Certification by the International Organization for Standardization.
Jones Melling, of Warrington, was granted the international certification for quality management, after creating a comprehensive policy and procedures manual that stretched across key areas of the business.
These included standardised processes for everything from raising invoices and quality checking survey reports, to answering the phone.
Ken Jones, joint founder and managing director of Jones Melling, said: “Jones Melling is already off to a flying start in 2014 and the ISO certification cements our commitment to delivering top notch service.
“As Jones Melling continues to grow as a business, we are keen to retain the unrivalled service and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect. Having these procedures in place will ensure that these remain at the core of how we operate.”
