High Performance Consultancy expand Liverpool team as they move into new office
Human resource agency, High Performance Consultancy (HPC), has strengthened its team with a trio of new recruits.
The consultancy has appointed Omar Niwaz and Gini Freeman as HR advisers and Daniel Miner as digital marketing apprentice.
The new appointments come as HPC move into a newer, bigger office in The WICED Centre on St James Street in Liverpool’s emerging Baltic Triangle.
Managing Director Victoria Brown said the firm had to expand due to its growing reputation in the city and consistently increasing number of clients.
She said: “HPC has built a strong reputation for helping clients run their business smoothly and effectively. These new appointments ensure that as we grow, we continue to deliver an exceptional level of service in a professional and responsive manner.”
Omar joined the team after working in HR for more than four years on a range of national clients, from consulting to construction and retail automotive industries.
“I was looking for a new challenge when the opportunity arose to join the team at HPC,” he said. “As a successful, growing business it was just what I was looking for and I’m excited to be a part of a company advancing as quickly as HPC is.”
After almost 10 years experience of working in a variety of different industries including web design, security, events, engineering and project management and healthcare, Gini has also made the move to HPC.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Chartered Management Institute, Gini has experience in HR strategy, performance management, restructuring, changes to employment and absence management.
She is also experienced in coaching line managers on employee related issues and holds a range of certificates marking key achievements in the sector.
Completing the trio of new starters is Daniel Miner, who joins the team as digital marketing apprentice with particular interest in marketing, technology and social media.
Daniel said: “I didn’t follow the more traditional route of higher education and university, though still wanted to build a solid career in something I was passionate about. HPC has given me just that opportunity and I look forward to progressing with the company.”
Victoria added: “As our business grows, it is vital to invest in the right people with the right skills. Omar, Gini and Daniel have the experience to help continue to drive HPC forward and we are delighted to welcome them to the team.”
HPC was founded in 2007 to provide Human Resource Solutions to business owners across the UK. The consultancy specialises in providing high quality and cost effective support on all levels by providing services that meet each company’s needs and budget.
