Leeds property firm collaboration on Enterprise House
The Leeds offices of Sanderson Weatherall and Knight Frank have been appointed to market the landmark Enterprise House office building at the gateway of the city.
Enterprise House comprises 22,000 sq ft of quality office space and is situated in Interchange Office Park at the top of the M1, opposite Halfords, on the southern boundary of Leeds city centre, and is available to lease.
The three-storey building provides 10,000 sq ft of space on the ground and first floors, with 2,000 sq ft of ancillary space on the second floor. It is available for occupation in early Summer 2014 and can be let floor by floor or as a whole.
Elizabeth Ridler, partner with Knight Frank in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded such a prestigious instruction. Enterprise House is situated on the southern boundary of the city centre, very close to Junction 3 of the M621 on an island site surrounded by the A653.
“The building therefore benefits from excellent access to the motorway network and is in easy reach of Leeds railway station.”
Richard Dunn of Sanderson Weatherall said: “We are delighted to working alongside Knight Frank on this new appointment.
“This is an excellent opportunity as there are few, if any, opportunities for an office occupier to move into a self-contained building with 96 car parking spaces included in the rent so close to the city centre.”
