North East business park launches brand new web site

Spectrum Business Park has launched a brand new web site to help connect more businesses across the North East.

Owned by three developers, Spectrum Business Park is a modern business complex of serviced and corporate office space and can hold businesses with up to 600 people in one building.

Home to growing businesses including Digitia and Gradvert, as well as East Durham Business Services (the Enterprise Agency for East Durham) the park provides business support and advice as well as office space, meeting facilities and branding services to new and established businesses. It is set to be the next big hub of business activity in the North East.

Paul Wellstead, one of the developers said:

“I am so proud to be part of this project. The North East is a buzzing hub of business activity and with the market picking up, we’re keen to ensure that Spectrum Business Park has everything needed to support regional and national business during this next phase of growth”.

The web site is fully responsive meaning people can access everything they need whilst on the move and the team has big plans to ensure the site is packed with interesting, topical and informative new content from businesses across the region.

Speaking about the serviced office space in EDBS Novus, Lisa Bean, Managing Director of Gradvert said:

“EDBS Novus Seaham helped transform ‘Gradvert’ from a one man business to a team of more than 5 by providing an amazing environment for growth. We are proud to bring our SME and FTSE 100 clients to the premises and make excellent use of the open spaces and meeting rooms. We would definitely recommend EDBS Novus Seaham to businesses in the area…and beyond!”

Spectrum Business Park works closely with Business Durham, the economic development company for County Durham, delivering the environment for business and economic growth. This environment includes assistance with access to finance, export and trade, innovation management, and an easy route in to County Council services that companies may need to access.

Business Durham has been leading on supporting businesses and inward investment for County Durham for over 25 years and is highly experienced in helping companies locate here, making connections, smoothing the way, and helping them to maximise the benefit of County Durham as a location for their business.
