A roundup of new project wins for NoChintz
Award winning interiors and branding studio NoChintz has announced that it has been appointed on two new design projects as well as completing a further retail project.
The Northern Quarter based team has been appointed by the Phones 4u Arena in its home city to design and install a new hospitality area. It has also been appointed as design consultant to OBI Property.
Speaking of the wins, NoChintz operations director Dominic Beardwell said: “We are obviously delighted to have won more great projects on our home patch. The work we’ve won this week is diverse and will see us use the resources of both our leisure and design teams who’ll each go above and beyond the client brief.”
At the Phones 4u Arena, NoChintz’s leisure team will create a 2,000 sq ft new hospitality area. The venue’s events, marketing and PR manager Matt Ward said: “It’s no surprise that some of our favourite city-centre hangouts are NoChintz projects.
“This excellent word-of-mouth, coupled with an exciting and eclectic portfolio, confirmed NoChintz were the right team for us. We’re really looking forwarding to working with them on bringing a touch of Mancunian swagger to the new hospitality space within the country’s biggest live music venue.”
Meanwhile, for OBI Property it will specify finishes and work alongside the existing team on a large office project in the city. The space is in the Northern Quarter and intended for ‘free thinking’ businesses from both corporate and creative communities.
The team has also just completed its latest retail project with a newly designed factory shop for iconic menswear brand Private White, bringing the brand’s steep heritage to the forefront of its designs.
Speaking of the news, Natalie Gray – creative director at NoChintz who oversaw the project – said: “This is an iconic brand and one I am truly proud to have worked with. The end result is very much what we and the client had in mind.”
NoChintz was established in 2007 and has since grown into a flourishing interiors and branding studio. It recently announced an increase in turnover to £1.55m for the past year.
