Double hat trick of awards for Sanderson Weatherall
North East chartered surveyors Sanderson Weatherall has won a trio of prestigious awards for the second year running.
Sanderson Weatherall, which has offices in Newcastle and on Teesside, has been named the North of England’s Most Active Property Agency for 2013, having scooped the specific awards for the office, industrial and retail sectors.
In each category of the awards, which were presented by leading industry magazine Estates Gazette, Sanderson Weatherall beat national competitors to take top spot.
The awards are based upon the level of work completed by each agency.
Across the North East, Sanderson Weatherall completed more than 450 deals across the three sectors in 2013.
Richard Scott, Partner at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “2013 was an excellent year for Sanderson Weatherall as we capitalised upon the return of positivity within the commercial property, which we expect to continue throughout 2014.
“Winning all three awards and the overall title last year was fantastic, so we are clearly delighted to have repeated that achievement again, seeing off national competition to do so. In each category, we finished above a different national agency, which shows Sanderson Weatherall is at the top of its game across the board.”
