Newcastle property firm HTA Real Estate will join national firm CBRE as joint agent on the 104 acre Merchant Park development in Newton Aycliffe - the site of Hitachi Rail Europe’s forthcoming factory.
HTA and CBRE will sell the remaining 35 acres of development plots with outline planning permission to provide up to 900,000 sq ft of industrial, warehouse and office units.
