Exchange Court is new home of The Liverpool Office
Advanced software technology business The Liverpool Office has relocated to the city’s Exchange Court.
The firm, which specialises in software engineering and design production for cloud-based and mobile devices including Android and Apple platforms, has taken a suite at the Bruntwood–owned building on Dale Street.
A team of engineers and artists will be accommodated in the new space and there are also plans to install a new motion capture studio to assist with animation of its 3D character graphics.
Steve Mitchell, managing director of The Liverpool Office, said: “Retaining our city centre base and having room to accommodate our expanding team were both crucial factors in our move to Exchange Court.
“Motion capture technology works best with higher ceilings and the customisable space provided by Bruntwood will be perfect for our needs.
“The nearby transport links also give us the connectivity we need to reach our clients across the UK and overseas.”
Matt Lee, sales surveyor at Bruntwood, said: “We are committed to providing flexible growth spaces for businesses of all sizes across all sectors and the creative industries are a central part of that strategy.
“The Liverpool Office is a cutting-edge business providing services for clients around the world and we are delighted to add them to our portfolio of customers at Exchange Court.”
