Complimentary breakfast seminar: ‘the real cost of regulatory non-compliance’
Leading recruitment experts Elevation are inviting business owners and HR Directors from across the region to attend a complimentary breakfast seminar that will provide practical insight into the consequences of regulatory non-compliance.
The event, ‘The Real Cost of Regulatory Non-Compliance’, is taking place on Tuesday, April 29th in the New York Stadium at Rotherham United’s Football Grounds – with co-hosts Irwin Mitchell Solicitors providing an update on the HSE Fee for Intervention Scheme, as well as an overview of the key provisions of the Bribery Act and an update on recent developments in this area.
Experts from Irwin Mitchell’s Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Group and Employment Law team will discuss both the financial and wider business implications of failing to adhere to strict regulations at the event aimed at Directors and Senior Management.
Sarah Barron, Associate Director at Elevation said: “Our advisers will also offer tips on dealing with the employment aspects of formal investigations, including when internal investigations and processes should begin, and dealing with investigations and disciplinary proceedings involving senior employees.”
Emma Windle, a Sheffield-based lawyer in Irwin Mitchell’s Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Group who will be speaking on the day, said: “Events like this give business owners and HR directors a great opportunity to learn about the key changes in legislation which affect them the most.
“We’re delighted to once again partner with Elevation on this event and look forward to helping attendees get to grips with significant issues that they simply cannot afford to ignore.”
Business leaders interested in attending the free seminar are invited to register their interest by contacting Sarah Barron at Elevation Recruitment on 01709 723 248 or sarahb@elevationrecruitment.com. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
