Livingcity Asset Management Limited Receives ARMA-Q Accreditation
Livingcity Asset Management Limited - the leading property and asset management firm – is celebrating after its application for ARMA-Q accreditation was approved by ARMA’s Council.
ARMA-Q, which will become fully operational in January 2015, will only be awarded to companies that meet the best industry standards and levels of customer care. It will offer the greatest quality assurance to both current and potential clients of accredited firms and it will give a competitive edge.
ARMA-Q is the new self-regulatory regime for members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents. Its aim is to protect consumers and to deliver a recognised advantage to its members through professional self-regulation that guarantees integrity, the highest levels of ethics and best practice in all dealings between residential managing agents, intermediaries, landlords and leaseholders. It features a Consumer Charter; a Set of Standards which are specific to managing agents; and an Independent Regulatory Panel.
As one of the first practices to receive this accreditation, Livingcity has been recognised as being among the best managing agents in the country, committed to delivering excellent service.
Paul Atkins, Director of Livingcity Asset Management Limited, commented: “Receiving confirmation that we are one of the first companies to achieve ARMA-Q is fantastic news, and is testament to the efforts, determination and professionalism of our entire team. We are all now looking forward to January but, in the meantime, we will be maintaining the high standards that have been recognised by ARMA’s Council.“
