Ilkeston lettings agent set to rebrand after continued growth
An Ilkeston lettings agent is set to undergo an entire rebranding process, after continued growth and a change of directorship
Kirk and Clarke Properties based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire will be rebranding to Clarke Residential, changing its logo, branding and website in line with its New Year expansion plan.
Director Daniel Clarke said: “Originally when Kirk and Clarke Properties first began, it was run by two directors, but shortly after we opened, my business partner left due to un-forseen circumstances. The business remained Kirk and Clarke Properties, but I felt that now was the time to rebrand, change the company name and work on positioning Clarke Residential as a forward thinking and innovative brand.”
After moving to Ilkeston at the start of this year from Diseworth in a bid to make use of the areas thriving property market, Clarke Properties specialises in the middle-to-upper end of the market, offering homes with monthly rents between £400 and £4,000.
Director Daniel Clarke said: “The rebrand will see us take a step away from our black and yellow To Let boards and instead adopt a red logo and matching boards. We wanted to choose something memorable that would catch the attention of drivers and passersby, and we think the new name and boards really achieve that.”
The rebrand will mark another important step in the company’s growth and gives them a strong platform for further enhancing the high level of customer service and satisfaction that it strives to achieve.
