Northern Building Plastics expands presence in Leeds

Northern Building Plastics Limited, a Yorkshire-based supplier of plastics for the construction industry, has expanded its presence at Elland Road Industrial Estate in Leeds.

Elland Road Industrial Estate, asset managed by AXA Real Estate, encompasses approximately 240,000 sq ft of warehouse and trade counter accommodation with units ranging from 5,775 to 54,771 sq ft. DTZ is the letting agent at the estate.

Strategically located adjacent to Junction 1 of the M621 Motorway, Elland Road Industrial Estate is approximately 2 miles from Leeds city centre. Notable tenants include Selco, Booker, Tool Station, VP PLC, and YESSS Electrical.

NBP has tripled its size relocating from 4,500 sq ft acquiring 14,659 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
