D&S Services achieve CE accreditation
D&S Services are pleased to announce that following a recent assessment by SCCS (Steel Construction Certification Scheme) we are now certified to “CE mark” steelwork in accordance with the construction products directive product standard EN1090.
From the 1st July 2014 it is a mandatory requirement for all structural steelwork delivered to site to be CE marked.
Production manager Steve Bassett said: “Everyone at D&S Services is extremely proud of achieving CE accreditation, it took a lot of hard work from a dedicated team and a tough audit but it was all worth it. We are now ready for when customers ask for CE Marked products.
Our existing customers will already be aware of the commitment we show them in producing and delivery first class products, but now with the approved standards that CE accreditation brings, we will be able to show new customers we are the right choice for them.“
A copy of our certificate will be available for you to download on our website shortly.
D&S Services offer a wide range of products and services including; structural steel, secondary steelwork, general fabrication, installation and site work and material handling equipment.
