Corporate & Commercial Partner joins Shropshire law firm

Leading regional law firm Aaron & Partners LLP, which has offices in Shrewsbury, Chester and Manchester, has boosted its corporate offering with the appointment of a new Corporate and Commercial Partner, Stuart Haynes.

Stuart, who joins the company from a Telford law firm, has been specialising in corporate transactional work, intellectual property licencing and strategy, commercial contract, international trade work and inward investment into the UK for the last 15 years.

During that time, Stuart has dealt with a number of high profile transactions within Shropshire, the West Midlands and beyond building up a reputation for his thorough research and focused advice.

A long-standing member of the Integrated Advisory Group (IAG) International – a network of carefully selected legal, tax and business professionals from around the world – Stuart has acted for numerous UK companies wishing to do business abroad, and foreign subsidiaries within the UK.

One of the key aspects of his work is cross-border transactional work, making him ideally placed to advise on legal issues which can arise in different jurisdictions.

Stuart’s appointment forms part of an ongoing expansion programme which sees Aaron & Partners recruiting specialist lawyers to service its Chester, Manchester and Shrewsbury offices.
