Interested to see what’s happening in the commercial property world in the North East of England? Or simply just want to be updated on the region’s economic climate and how great it is to be located in the North East…..well this event will do both!
N.E. Sites for Growth will host the first North East Commercial Property & Development Showcase and will promote the key estates in the region, highlight properties that are available and development plans that are coming down the track.
It will be held in a large marquee on the former Huwood site, opposite Maingate, Team Valley on Thursday June 19th. It’s a free ‘Business to Business’ event running from 10:30am-2:30pm. It will provide a useful platform for the NE LEP and NGI who will help market and publicise the event in the region and beyond.
There will also be three fantastic keynote speakers at 12pm followed by lunch:
i.Mauricio Armellini – North East LEP
ii.Diane Sharp – CBI
iii.James Ramsbotham – NECC
NE Sites for Growth is being put together in conjunction with NGI, the North East LEP, G9, Developing Consensus, LA7, NECC, CBI and EEF and will bring together the Region’s largest commercial property opportunities . There will be over 30 commercial property exhibitors so come and see what’s happening in your region.
UK Land Estates are also hosting the 5th Team Valley Business Expo on the Wednesday 18th June, where over 80 businesses exhibit. Again this is an open invitation event, running from 10:30am-2:30pm, where people are invited to call in and network with their neighbours.
