Glossop Working Mums & Ladies Networking Group June event announced
The June meeting of the Glossop Working Mum’s and Ladies Networking Group will take place on Thursday 26th June from 10.00am - 11.30am at Glossop Cricket and Bowling Club. The group was successfully re-launched in April 2014 and continues to progress from strength to strength.
The aim of the group, which is organised by local law firm Davis Blank Furniss, is to provide a forum for local working women to build relationships and contacts amongst themselves to help support and progress their business.
Kirsty Morbey, family solicitor and collaborative lawyer at Davis Blank Furniss, said: “This session will consist of an informal meet and greet - a chance to introduce yourself and your business and to let everyone else know what you are looking for from the group. Perhaps you need help with your website or are looking for some advice re Search Engine Optimisation? Hopefully there will be a fellow attendee who can help. We will also be giving an update on the group’s proposed LinkedIn group and newsletter.“
The guest speaker will be Ann Davies of BizWizUK, who is a specialist in helping other businesses raise their profile and grow through effective and proactive use of social media.
The cost to attend is £5, to include refreshments, and is payable on the door.
To reserve a place, please visit the Events section on the Davis Blank Furniss website
