JMP plans for growth at Cotton Exchange
Transport planning and engineering services business JMP Consultants has relocated its Liverpool office to Cotton Exchange.
The firm, which specialises in infrastructure design and environmental transport management, has taken a 998 sq ft space in the Bruntwood-owned building on Bixteth Street.
JMP Consultants has ten offices nationwide including Aberdeen, Newcastle and , as well as two Bruntwood developments in Leeds and Manchester. It is relocating its Liverpool premises from Il Palazzo on Water Street.
Gordon Baker at JMP Consultants said: “Each of our offices in England and Scotland is strategically positioned to enable us to support our specialist corporate service offer with local knowledge and contacts.
“As our Liverpool presence continues to expand, it is essential we have premises that allow us to realise our longer-term growth ambitions. The size, quality and connectivity of the space on offer at Cotton Exchange made it a clear choice.”
Matt Lee, sales surveyor at Bruntwood, said: “As existing Bruntwood customers in Leeds and Manchester, we are thrilled to further develop our relationship with JMP over three sites.
“JMP are market leaders in their field and they are sure to make a positive and highly credible addition to our customer base at Cotton Exchange.”
