CBRE and Knight Frank appointed to market Manchester’s Fairbairn House
Fairbairn House is now available to let or for sale and is suitable for either commercial or residential schemes, following the appointment of CBRE and Knight Frank to market the property.
Fairbairn House is a self-contained, 7 storey, 52,000 sq ft office building with two adjoining wings on Ashton Lane in the heart of Sale.
The property offers floor-plates of up to 10,000 sq ft and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme which includes a new air-conditioning system, new windows and refurbished communal areas. The property is available as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis.
Kirsty Littleford, Associate director of Office Agency at CBRE’s Manchester office, said: “Fairbairn House will deliver much-needed quality office product to the South Manchester office market where at present there is limited availability of stand-alone buildings of this size in prime locations and we anticipate keen interest in the office accommodation.”
Fairbairn House is located just 1 mile from the M60 Motorway and offers both plentiful parking and good public transport links.
Mark Bamber, Associate Director at Knight Frank, said: “Fairbairn House would work well as a stand-alone headquarter building, or to accommodate a mix of tenants and has the additional potential for alternative uses such as a residential scheme.”
