FF Commercial Cleaning scrubs up well with UNITE plc contract for student cleans
FF Commercial Cleaning has been awarded a contract to clean for one of the largest student accommodation providers in the UK.
The company, which is based in Preston, with satellite offices in Liverpool, Southport, Wigan and Manchester, will undertake the work for UNITE plc over a 12 week period at their Liverpool accommodation venues from June.
Greg Gottig, Managing Director of FF Commercial Cleaning said, “A team of around 50 people will be working on this project at three separate developments across the city.
“We are proud to be providing a thorough, reliable and professional cleaning service to UNITE plc during the summer turnaround period. We have a successful track record of delivering quality work for large multinational customers in a high volume environment and look forward to partnering with UNITE plc.”
The team will be working at three Unite Student Accommodation developments with a simply remit of undertaking the cleaning at more than 750 units and 150 kitchens.
The Unite Group plc is the UK’s leading operator of purpose built student accommodation providing a home for 41,000 students in over 120 properties across 23 of the UK’s strongest university cities.
