NewVoiceMedia CEO announced as finalist at the Investor AllStars Awards 2014
Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia, a leading cloud contact centre vendor, has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Male Entrepreneur of the Year’ category of the Investor AllStars Awards 2014.
The annual Awards celebrate professional excellence in entrepreneurship and the investor community. The Male Entrepreneur of the Year Award acknowledges standout European entrepreneurs and their significant impact over the last year through their contribution to the economy, business growth, leadership excellence, delivering value to shareholders and the future growth potential of their business.
Jonathan joined NewVoiceMedia in October 2010 as Chief Commercial Officer to manage sales, marketing and product strategy, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer just four months later. With more than 20 years’ experience building technology businesses, Gale is committed to innovating ahead of the competition and outpacing the market, and under his leadership, NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market.
The company now serves thousands of agents in 40 countries on five continents, including Parcelforce, PhotoBox, Truphone and Topcon Positioning Systems. NewVoiceMedia’s ContactWorld solution integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, enabling businesses of all sizes to deliver a personalised and unique customer experience and drive a more effective sales and marketing team.
Jonathan comments, “I’m delighted to have been shortlisted for the Male Entrepreneur of the Year Award. I’ve been very fortunate in leading an incredibly dedicated and talented team, all of whom have played a core role in the success and rapid growth of our business. We are growing significantly ahead of the market and our competition, which is helping us attract the very best people who share our vision of using cloud technology to enhance the customer experience in today’s contact centres”.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 24 September 2014.
