Utilyx scoops two major accolades at flagship industry awards
Utilyx has been singled out as a trusted and transparent adviser to business in two major awards at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCAs).
The independent energy consultancy, responsible for buying 7.5% of the UK’s energy on behalf of the UK’s biggest businesses, won the I&C Most Trusted Consultancy category as well as the biggest award, Large Consultancy of the Year.
Judges highlighted customer endorsements as a key factor in their decisions for both categories.
The company’s high levels of retention and innovative approach to independently advising customers on the best decisions for their energy needs, gave Utilyx the edge in the Large Consultancy of the Year category. The award, which was given jointly to Utilyx and Schneider Electric, who were up against nine other major consultancies, a record number of entries in the category.
Announced in a ceremony at BFI National Film Theatre on London’s South Bank, the awards act as a benchmark for the Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) market; recognising the most trusted consultancies.
Jo Butlin, Managing Director at Utilyx, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have our achievements recognised at such a high level. Building trust with our customers is a key part of what we do. As one of the few regulated consultancies in the industry, our focus is on providing independent, transparent advice to each of the businesses we work with.
“The fact that it is was testimonials from our customers which helped the judges come to a decision is a real accolade and a tribute to the quality of the team at Utilyx.”
