New Leeds digital marketing agency launches after merger and acquisition
PCD, a direct marketing agency based in Leeds, has re-launched as the Ewe Agency, following a merger and acquisition.
The company recently acquired SEO and digital marketing specialists, Whole9Yards, and has merged its own digital agency, Digital Joy, into the new business.
The move creates a team of specialists serving a diverse client base that includes Travis Perkins, Aviva and Babybel cheese.
Commenting on the launch Steve Moncrieff, client strategy director said: “Ewe creates an integrated agency that uses customer insight and segmentation to create integrated multi-channel strategies that are focused on generating sales.
“We have the strength and depth to deliver campaigns for everyone from blue chip financial services companies to charities.”
PCD was founded 24 years ago and grew to become one of the leading direct marketing agencies in the UK.
Deborah Stewart, client services director, said: “The acquisition has enhanced our current skill set.
“Whole9Yards has always focused on providing digital campaigns that combine SEO and social media to deliver measurable ROI and we share the belief that great results come from great customer insight.”
