RedArc updates brand identity
Nurse service provider RedArc has revamped its brand giving the company a whole new range of newly written marketing materials, look and more modern feel.
Christine Husbands, Managing Director of RedArc said, “Since 1997, we’ve built our business on helping thousands of people, often at the worst time in their lives, whether that’s by providing support, advice or simply listening. At the same time, we’ve given our clients a service that adds real value to their business. But it’s also important they can identify clearly with us which is one of the reasons why we have made sure all our brand values and how we are perceived are appropriate and modern looking.”
According to RedArc’s most recent ‘user’ survey an overwhelming 97 per cent who utilised the company’s service thought it either good or excellent. And 92 per cent stated their experience of being supported by a RedArc personal nurse adviser enhanced their own opinion of their insurer, scheme provider, or membership/affinity group.
Husbands added, “In designing our new look we’ve changed the format of the ‘arc’ in our logo. It has always represented the caring ethos of the business and the strands in its new shape also represent the many different aspects of our service. The strapline ‘at your side, on your side’ captures perfectly the dual role we play – namely in caring for our patients as long as they need us to be there and working together with clients to ensure they can offer the best product to their customers/members.”
The RedArc service is available to individuals and their families but only through certain insurance policies typically in the life, health, and protection sectors, for example critical illness insurance, and membership/affinity groups such as the Federation for Small Businesses and Unite. RedArc extends and enhances what is available from mainstream services such as the NHS and Social Services and its service can be made available at different life stages, from children with leukaemia through working age cancer, heart attacks and strokes, older age care when people slowdown in later life, to bereavement.
Red Arc’s new branding was developed by 10 Associates Ltd, a Mirfield West Yorkshire brand consultancy.
