Fletchers Solicitors strengthens leadership team with senior appointment
One of the UK’s leading medical negligence and personal injury firms, Fletchers Solicitors, has bolstered its leadership team and road traffic accident offering with a senior appointment.
Mark Parr has been promoted to head of the firm’s Motorcycle Claimant and Defendant departments from his existing position as Operations Manager. Previously, Head of Claims at leading accident management and credit hire company, White Knight Solutions Ltd, Parr will be responsible for 59 members of staff across both teams.
He has also been invited into the firm’s Leadership Team, where he will represent the interests of his departments and assist in steering the company forward.
The news comes during what is a period of significant growth for the firm, which now handles a third of all motorcycle claims in England and Wales.
In the past year, Fletchers Solicitors has more than doubled its work force from 108 to 220, undergone an office expansion and launched a recruitment drive to attract the best medical negligence talent the industry has to offer.
Ed Fletcher, CEO at Fletchers Solicitors, said: “Mark has been with us for a number of years, and has the skills and experience to drive both departments to continued success. His presence on the Leadership Team will ensure the Motorcycle Accident Departments always have a voice at the decision-making table.
“This promotion will ensure that we can continue to achieve amazing results and plough forward with our plans to become the UK’s number one firm in our specialist areas.”
Parr commented: “I’m thrilled to have been offered this opportunity at what is a hugely exciting time for Fletchers. I’m looking forward to using the knowledge I have gleaned over the past six years to help further the company’s growth and provide an even better service for clients who have been involved in motorcycle accidents.”
