Smoking Gun PR adds flavour to Manchester firm
Award winning, full service PR agency - Smoking Gun PR - has been hired by The Flava People, to launch its Flava-it range and Meat Lust campaign this summer, tying into the key summer sales period.
Based in Manchester, The Flava People has been producing marinades, glazers, coaters, sauces and seasoning for over 30 years - focusing mostly on supplying to trade until now. The Flava-it range is focused on retail, with national listing in Morrisons, Tesco and Asda, targeting young male consumers with a lust for intense flavour-packed meat.
Smoking Gun is focusing the summer campaign on engaging consumers, key media and bloggers with experiential sampling activity at Spitalfields Market in London. Impactful digital content created by Code ComputerLove around the concept of ‘Meat Lust’ is supporting through social media channels.
Scott Dixon, brand manager at The Flava People, commented:
