Killingworth firm announces growth for fifth consecutive year
Killingworth-based facilities management business is celebrating a double-digit growth for its fifth consecutive year.
DCS Multiserve has revealed a 28% growth rate in its year end financials report and has created 60 permanent positions this year alone.
The company, based in Camperdown Industrial Estate, is also celebrating its 27th year in business and employs over 278 full time staff within the region.
Today, the multimillion pound company offers full facilities management, including cleaning, catering, building and grounds maintenance, consumable supplies and waste management to businesses across the whole of the UK.
Group operations director Jim Campbell said: “Continuing to grow even in the depths of the recession is a huge success and a testament to the staff we employ. The growth we have experienced, specifically in the last five years, has been exceptional and I strongly believe this is down to our employees and the personal service we offer to our clients.”
DCS Multiserve is now looking to expand further throughout the country and maintain its double-figure growth pattern – a plan which will be assisted by its sister company, Café Meo’s, which provides outside catering, vending services and on-site catering solutions to the retail, industrial, hospital and office sectors. The company currently boasts five fixed cafes with plans to develop further locations over the next few years.
