Red Gate aim to hire through Raw Talent Academy again
Red Gate Software, who create ingeniously simple software, are again looking to expand their Inside Sales team with the help of Sales Recruitment and Training experts, Raw Talent Academy.
This is the second time that Red Gate have worked with Raw Talent Academy, continuing their partnership that started in late 2013 and saw a number of talented individuals take up positions at their Cambridge office. Both companies are looking forward to the forthcoming Academy and the opportunity to work together again with all candidates previously placed through the partnership thriving at Red Gate.
Raw Talent Academy, who specialise in sourcing the very best entry level sales talent across the UK, will tailor their unique Academy process to Red Gate to ensure they attract only the very best candidates. The Academy process will culminate in up to 25 candidates being invited to an Audition Day at Red Gate’s Cambridge office where they will undertake a number of real life sales tasks.
The Audition Day, taking place on the 20th August 2014, will also see the candidates assessed by Red Gate’s senior management team as they seek to secure a career with a company named within The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for.
Raw Talent Academy Director Lee McQueen announced the latest Academy saying; “We are looking forward to working closely with Red Gate again. They are a great company with a brilliant culture so we are expecting a high number of applications. For candidates, this is your chance to showcase your skills and abilities, as we are unique in not looking at your CV, so do not miss out and make sure you apply before the deadline in mid-August!”
The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy to showcase the candidates’ abilities so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
