Ice cream for all as Stagecoach Park & Ride team with Chocolat Chocolat
Cambridge’s favourite chocolate shop teams up with Park & Ride to offer ice creams at buy one get one half price to travellers
As the scorching summer continues, two local businesses have teamed up to offer Cambridge travellers a cooling treat. This summer, customers of the Stagecoach Park and Ride into the city will be able to cool down by grabbing two ice creams for the price of one at Chocolat Chocolat – Cambridge’s favourite chocolate shop.
Park & Ride users can take advantage of the deal simply by presenting their park and ride tickets in Chocolat Chocolat, at 21 St Andrew’s Street.
The store is famous for its ice cream, especially on hot days when it’s the preferred destination for those who want to cool down with a tasty treat, and now Park & Ride customers can buy one and get one half price!
To celebrate the partnership, the owner and chocolatier Isabelle Chappell of Chocolat Chocolat headed down yesterday to the Stagecoach head office in Trumpington and helped them cool off with a selection of ice creams. The award winning ice cream was clearly popular, and brought a smile to one of the bus drivers who said it was the best ice cream he had ever tasted.
