Social Media - Are you sharing your stories in order to gain customers?
If people talk about your business in a positive way, it is always great news and is a great way to attract more customers.
But many of us either don’t take advantage of other’s comments, or don’t know how to spread these words.
So what could we do to improve this and generate some positive PR?
We spoke to David Lomas at M3 Media Publishing , who are content and digital strategists. He said: “Having positive stories and comments written about you, by someone else, can be very powerful as they are what we call ‘word of mouth’, which according to most business owners is their best way of attracting more customers..
David added “Any positive comments or testimonials that you receive can be spread much more easily nowadays through social media. You must not miss out on this opportunity”.
David continued: “If your target prospects get to read what others are saying about you, and more importantly, it appears in a credible place, then that can be a really powerful way positioning your business as experts. You have the ability today to share this message around yourself”.
He concluded: “Maybe we should rename the spreading of your message as digital word of mouth”.
Through M3 Media Publishing’s Content Marketing Programme, they will write content for you and then publish and share it to a target audience through their portfolio of digital magazines, blogs and websites.
