Azzure IT provides single end-to-end ERP solution for Lincolnshire manufacturer, Mastenbroek Ltd
Lincolnshire-based Mastenbroek Ltd, specialist manufacturer of machinery for cable and pipe laying, has improved stock visibility and eliminated manual processes with the help of a fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solution, from Azzure IT.
Mastenbroek Ltd supplies a range of engineered products for the utility, offshore and agricultural sectors. Its ageing bespoke IT system required re-keying of data and was unable to meet the growing demands of a modern business. The company recognised it needed an end-to-end solution covering all aspects of the business: CRM, sales, purchasing, stock control, manufacturing, service management, projects and accounting.
“We wanted a flexible solution that could be expanded to meet the changing needs of our business, as well as a vendor who would work with us in a partnership,” explains General Manager of Mastenbroek Ltd, Christopher Pett. “Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Azzure IT ticked all the boxes.”
Due to the large number of concurrent user licences required and limited broadband capabilities, Azzure IT recommended an on-premise implementation, tailored to fit the exact needs of the company. “Since Azzure IT could provide Microsoft Dynamics NAV either as on-premise or as a Cloud hosted application, we felt they would be better able to recommend the best-fit solution for us and that we would get impartial advice,” says Pett.
Craig Such, Managing Director of Azzure IT, agrees: “From initial discussions through to the go-live, we were confident we had a very good solution for Mastenbroek. After a smooth go-live, it’s great to see our client already yielding the results.”
As a single integrated solution, Microsoft Dynamics NAV has removed the complexity of synchronising multiple systems and the need to input data more than once. Plus, with complete stock visibility and improved inventory control staff no longer have to monitor stock manually. “Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows for a cohesive view of everything from accounting to stock control, simplifying and improving all our everyday business processes,” concludes Pett.
