Work underway on £2 million property development in Northumberland
Five new homes are being built as part of the project in Beadnell, Northumberland and will be complete by early winter.
North East property development company, Adderstone Group, is heading up the project, with Adderstone Construction managing all construction works.
The development is situated minutes away from the popular stretch of beach known as Beadnell Bay.
The new four and five bed family homes in the development, which will be known as Tamarin Close, will be detached and semi-detached properties.
The development is already commanding high sales interest as it is being marketed through property consultants and estate agents, Sanderson Young.
Each house will contain log burning stoves which will support the central heating system and solar panelling which will supplement hot water supply.
Adderstone Group Chairman, Ian Baggett said: “This is an exciting project for us. The development is in a much sought-after location.
“Opportunities to purchase property of this type and quality are rare and we are very confident it will be in high demand as it is close to local restaurants, pubs and convenience stores and set prominently on Northumberland’s beautiful coastline.”
