Endeavour Partnership becomes latest Jomast tenant following new office move
Property development and management company, Jomast, has handed over the keys to a prestigious commercial office building to business lawyers and new tenant, Endeavour Partnership, on a 10 ½ year lease.
The newly named Tobias House, in memory of one of the law firm’s partners, has been subject to a complete and comprehensive building refurbishment by Jomast including the total replacement of all mechanical, electrical and air conditioning installations as well as the creation of new, bespoke conference, meeting and seminar suites to host a varied calendar of business events.
The building, which was recently acquired by Jomast, is located at Teesdale Business Park in Stockton on Tees and now forms part of their extensive commercial property portfolio which includes office, industrial and retail accommodation. It provides Endeavour Partnership with over 10,000 sq ft of modern, riverside office accommodation over three floors and will allow for the firm’s continued expansion following their move in October 2014.
Mark Hill, Commercial Property Director of Jomast, commented, “We have worked very closely with Endeavour Partnership from the start and have completely refurbished the entire property to meet their exact requirements. Tobias House, as it is now known, offers a very high standard of commercial office space and we are delighted to hand the property over to our new tenants.”
Jamie Brown, commercial property partner, added: “We are all very excited about the move as it will give us more space to grow and reinforces our strategy to become one of the North East’s premier commercial law firms. It is also very exciting as this year we are celebrating 15 years since the firm’s launch and it is a fitting tribute that our new offices should be named after one of our former partners.”
Jomast is one of the UK’s strongest performing property development, investment and regeneration organisations with commercial and residential real estate assets in excess of £250m.
Endeavour Partnership has over 40 members of staff and provides purely commercial legal services to businesses across Teesside and beyond.
