NewVoiceMedia to showcase omni-channel contact centre communications solutions in the cloud at Customer Contact Expo
Customer Contact Expo, the UKâs largest event for the customer contact and customer service industry, is destined for big things next week as experts converge for the annual industry gathering. In addition, the expo will be co-located with eCommerce Expo, which has more than 70 speakers, meaning these free-to-attend events have over 150 leading industry experts and business leaders presenting under one roof. At the event, which will take place on October 1 â 2 at London Olympia, NewVoiceMedia will be showcasing its integrated omni-channel contact centre communications solutions in the cloud. The vendor will demonstrate how to elevate the customer experience, improve the service teamâs efficiency and enable greater visibility by effectively routing, managing and tracking communication across multiple customer channels. The company will also be giving away copies of CEBâs new book The Effortless Experience at 11.30am on both days, and invites visitors to join a champagne reception at its stand F30 on 1st October at 4pm. Helen Curl, Exhibition Director, UBM Live said, âWe have gone to great lengths to make this the best Customer Contact Expo ever. We understand the demands customers place upon businesses but thankfully there is a huge amount of innovation in the market to match those demands. We have reflected this in the vast array of seminar sessions, products and service providersâ. For the first time ever, the Conference at Customer Contact Expo, the longest running conference to serve the market, is free to attend. Divided into three streams, it will include two days of presentations and case studies from companies such as Wowcher, SureFlap, Quintessentially and salesforce.com. They will be covering hot topics such as social customer service and advising how to deliver cutting-edge global customer experience.
