Parker opens new Midlands trade counter in Nottinghamshire
Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has opened a new Midlands trade counter to meet the demands of Nottinghamshire’s manufacturing, engineering and construction markets.
The new ParkerStore at CPI, Cursham Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield makes it easier than ever for Nottinghamshire manufacturers and tradespeople to buy hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and motion control products.
The store stocks more than 10,000 machine parts, including pumps, fittings, valves, cylinders and filters. There is also an in-store hose assembly service, which is a great way of reducing downtime – and much cheaper than buying on-site replacements.
The new store opened for business on Friday 26 September 2014. Managing director Steve Fletcher said: “As the largest stockist of original Parker products in the area, our customers can be sure they’re getting top-quality goods for their money; we’re also on the doorstep for many manufacturers and trades.
“This region is well-known for quality manufacturing, so we’re ideally placed to give machine builders convenience and value. Our new 6,000sqft store is five minutes from the M1, easy to find and has plenty of free parking on site.”
