EIC takes new lease at Warrington’s Olympic Park
DTZ Manchester has announced that national building services and facilities management company, EIC Ltd has agreed a new 10 year lease for 3,156 sq ft at Olympic Park, Birchwood in Warrington.
Unit 4B comprises quality office accommodation across ground and first floors with dedicated car parking.
The Olympic Park estate is one of several business locations constructed by CDP Marshall, providing a high quality product available on freehold or leasehold basis.
There are four self-contained buildings remaining at Olympic Park ranging in size from 4,200 to 7,200 Sq Ft.
Following the letting, Rob Prescott, DTZ’s Office Agency and Development Surveyor commented: “We have continued to see occupier confidence in the market during the first 6 months of 2014, and this letting at Olympic Park demonstrates the growing demand for high quality offices with immediate access to the M6 / M62.”
