Event Marketing Solutions secures Parker Hannifin roadshow contract for ninth year
Event Marketing Solutions (EMS) has announced that it will be taking global engineering giant, Parker Hannifin on a new 12 Month European tour.
This is the ninth consecutive year that EMS has managed roadshows for Parker Hannifin. The new contract will see the Parker Instrumentation tour travel across the UK, France, Turkey and Germany over the coming months.
The roadshow truck designed by EMS enables Parker Hannifin to engage oil and gas customers’ first-hand with its world-leading motion and control technology.
Parker Hannifin has just completed a tour of the Middle East with EMS, including events in UAE, Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Parker Instrumentation tour commenced in 2006, it has since toured 26 countries and clocked up nearly 148,500 miles with 481 event days.
Gemma Edney, Account Director at EMS said: “We are delighted to sign a new contract with Parker Hannifin, which is testament to the lucrative opportunity that roadshows deliver. A combination of VIP events at client sites and attendance at major exhibitions mean that Parker can maximise its schedule and time on the road, ensuring high return on investment and minimal downtime. As ever, we will be providing hands-on expertise throughout the tour to ensure everything runs smoothly.”
Charles Harris at Parker Hannifin said: “EMS continues to make it easy for us to take our technology solutions to our clients, enabling us to grow our business with both existing and new customers. Our tour of the Middle East earlier this year was a resounding success and we now look forward to re-engaging European markets with our offering.”
Roadshow truck tours are growing in the oil and gas, and technology sectors, as more companies recognise their value, particularly in entering new territory and taking heavy and complex technology directly to customers and prospects. EMS has also managed roadshows for Ciena, Schlumberger, Dell, Samsung and IBM.
