New member for Hill Dickinson’s health disputes team
Hill Dickinson has appointed Janet McWhinney to its Health Disputes Team in London. A seasoned lawyer, Janet joins the team from a leading law firm where she specialised in clinical negligence work for the MPS and the NHS LA.
On her move to Hill Dickinson Janet said: ““I am delighted to have joined Hill Dickinson at this exciting time and look forward to working with the Team to expand its healthcare offering in the London market.”
Commenting on Janet’s arrival Hill Dickinson Partner David Locke said: “Janet is extremely experienced and well connected in the London market. Her arrival is a key part of our strategy of continuing to develop our offering in the London healthcare market. We are already a long standing provider of services to the health and insurance markets and we are delighted that Janet will be working with us to service existing and new clients.”
Janet will also be working closely with Hill Dickinson’s Professional Risks Team which undertakes regulatory work for the defence organisations.
