Yorkshire-based Prospect Business Centres, which operates two serviced office centres in Leeds, has announced a £2 million investment in a new 15,000 sq ft serviced office centre in the City of Westminster.
The opening of the fourth Prospect Business Centre brings its portfolio of desk space to 1000 and 71,000 sq ft across its other London centre at Old Jewry in the City and at the firm’s two centres at Prospect House and Fountain House in Leeds.
The fully refurbished suite of offices on the 4th floor at Ergon House on Horseferry Road will provide office space ranging from two to 220 desks. All desk are available on flexible agreements and are provided with state of the art IT connectivity and telecoms.
Charlie Cudworth, managing director of Prospect Business Centres said: “Our expansion into the capital in November 2011 has been a great success, and we have been looking for exactly the right building to add to our portfolio for some time as we have seen occupancy rates of over 90% since we opened there,
“Our business is based on client retention and in order to succeed in the highly competitive serviced office sector we have to ensure the highest levels of service and accommodation.
“We value our team members very highly and target them to ensure the highest levels a client satisfaction possible. Attention to detail quality of accommodation and service together with significant investment in the best IT and telecoms ensures our distinction from the rest of the market.”
The growth of London’s economy ahead of the rest of the UK in recent years has driven demand for short and medium term office space in the city.
The company hasn’t ruled out further expansion in the capital over the coming year, with sustained demand for high quality serviced offices in London.
