Taylor&Emmet Trio Boosts Business Services
Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is strengthening the services it offers to local businesses, following a hat trick of new appointments.
The firm is welcoming a new assistant solicitor and two trainees to its commercial and litigation teams, increasing capacity and enhancing client relationships.
Assistant solicitor, Brian Fowler, has joined the business legal services department to meet growing demand for the firm’s commercial property advice. He has ten years experience, most recently at Shakespeares Solicitors in Nottingham, where he focused on dispute resolution.
Brian has a particular expertise in property litigation, having worked on matters involving rating issues and contractual disputes. Since relocating to Sheffield last year, he has been looking to enter the local legal sector and is now forging links with South Yorkshire’s commercial property professionals.
Trainee solicitor, Naz Shabir, is working with Taylor&Emmet’s commercial litigation team, whilst studying for a masters degree at the University of Sheffield. He is joined by Emma Daniels, who is on secondment from Coates Solicitors so she can complete the contentious seat of her training with the property litigation department.
Rob Moore, Taylor&Emmet’s head of business legal services, said: “We are always looking for bright, enthusiastic young lawyers to bring fresh ideas and a new perspective to the team. Naz and Emma are showing a great aptitude for litigation and there is no doubt the experience Brian has already gained will enhance our commercial property services, particularly complementing the block management and contentious work we already undertake.”
